Your first appointment will last up to 45 mins. During this time your osteopath will take a detailed past medical history and discuss your current symptoms
What you should wear
As with other medical examinations, you will probably be asked to undress down to your underwear (please wear shorts/vest if you feel more comfortable) so that a thorough medical examination and assessment can be performed. Your diagnosis and recommended treatment plan will then be discussed with you before any treatment is carried out
